Refund policy

All sales of original works are final. Each piece is one of a kind, and I take great care in its creation and packaging.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me at hello@jocelyneleanor.com within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. I will work with you to find a fair resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Archival giclée prints are also final sale, as each is printed to order on fine art paper. The same damage policy applies.
